NRB accounting Subscription Fee - potential *****

Good day,

I have been charged monthly for an extended period of time an amount R201.00 for NRB accounting subscriptions, which I have never subscribed to, now this month it has gone up to R225.00.

When I asked the call center a few months ago they knew nothing about this and said I should go to the branch. I was at the branch yesterday and they also knew nothing about it. I was able to get some details from the call centre saying it was coming from Total SA pty Ltd, which again I have never had any affiliation with, nor do I fill up there very often.

I recently saw on hellopeter that numerous people are also having the same issue.

It mentioned the Executive Service Support from NEDBANK had been able to fix the issue, however I cannot find an email address.
