It has become general knowledge to myself and a lot of people around me that Nedbank is generally a bad bank, but honestly, the Klipfontein branch is the worse.<br> <br> The service and care for customer shown at this branch is just ridiculous, and the manager always has an excuse for this incompetency.<br> <br> Several times have i went to the branch, not even once has there be anyone assisting customers with directions as to where to go for which service. Nedbank had a 60 seconds eye contact commitment that they had made to us as customers, the customer was to sms the branch name to a certain number shall that commitment not be met
