Now this is customer service

On Monday I wrote a report about Nedbank Mamponya mall and the horrible service I had received there. I got a call from one of your consultants Celvano Smith. Who took me through the application process again and went to Veronica at Festival mall. I was assisted by these two employees of nedbank so well that I am now opening an account with Nedbank so my salary can be paid there. I hope though the same regard for customers can be transferred to the Maponya Pick and Pay branch. <br> <br> Once again Thank you very much Celvano and Veronica for excellent service<br>
