Notice query

We have a club account with Nedbank called Zaphatha. We opened it in Midrand. A very friendly consultant called Itu opened it for us there. Sometime this year we wanted to withdraw money from that account and went to Ebony Park since it's close by. We were told by Moloko that she can't do a notice for us because our signatures are not on the system. I asked her if it's possible to have an account opened successfully without signatures? she said it's not possible. But she sent us away anyway. We went to Midrand and were assisted by the same ITU who found signatures easily on the system. Again same Moloko at Ebony yesterday kept us waiting for an hour and after that she said ( NDENZENI MINA AMA SIGNATURES MAWENGEKHO?) really now? We bank with Nedbank, its not our problem if they can't find what on system thina we have a right to access the money at any Nedbank in SA. Honestly Ebony Park Nedbank has the worst service I've ever seen on this planet earth. Why Midrand is always efficient? Remember we stay around Ebony it's out of question to always go to Midrand while there's Nedbank around the corner. It's tiring
