Notice from Nedbank for Reverification of details

My late husband passed away on 19th Sept 2015. As he was a Nedbank client for many years the Bank was notified of his death by the Executor administering his estate during Oct 2015. All his accounts, savings accounts, transmission accounts and investment accounts were closed in Oct 2015 and all monies were transferred to the Executors Trust Account for disbur*****t as per my late husband's Last Will and Testament. To all intents and purposes all his personal information was or should have been noted as DECEASED. To my absolute astonishment I now receive a letter dated 5 February 2016 from Nedbank, addressed to my late husband, wanting him to complete a whole lot of documents for FICA re verification. Don't this Bank take note of anything, when they are specifically informed IN WRITING, that my late husband is deceased. This is just pure shoddy service from a Bank that I expected better service from. They obviously don't care about their clients, they simply send out these so called \URGENT NOTICE' letters and don't worry to even check their records before sending these documents out. "
