Nothing worse than Nedbank MFC

<p>I unfortunately have my vehicle financed by Nedbank MFC and inspite of the good rate given at the time. I would undoubtedly rather pay more from any other bank than to ever finance my vehicle with them again. MFC have been nothing but a nightmare. From their unwillingness to assist you when there is issues on your account to the lack of communication. They don't communicate changes in installments as my premiums literally change every month with no logic explanation and they fail to at least communicate the changes with me. I'm stuck with a consultant that has been rude for years and they insist on keeping my account with her and reffering me to her by force every time I call them including today. </p> <p>I feel that I am held at randsome by this bank and I would literally pay to remove my account from there hands and never have to speak to them again. I am deeply disturbed and appalled by their service. Nothing more surprises me with Nedbank MFC the worst motor vehicle finanancing institution in the country.</p>
