Nothing good to say about this bank, over priced bank fees as well as horrible waiting times and lack of customer service

So let me get this straight . you list people , then when they try call you to get settlement amounts , your agents dont answer ever ? Credit card legal is the worst department to get ahold of. I finally get through and then the guy doesnt email me the lawyers details. Then one would expect that you call nedbank legal one department and get settlements for everything, no not going to happen you got to struggle for days to get through to each of these departments, Loans told me theyt would contact me back .... Im still waiting but in the meanwhile we just occur more and more interest ? Your business model doesnt make sense to me, Terribl
