Notbank not Nedbank

After over 2 weeks of multiple applications, branch visits and online hassle, I still don't have a business account with Nedbank. This is despite having banked with them for almost 30 years, and running my business accounts with them for 20 years. How is this possible when it took me 1 hour to open a business account with Capitec? 1 hour vs 2 weeks (and counting). Really, Nedbank?
