Not worth the effort!

Terrible service. No response to emails. DO YOU REALLY NEED YOUR CLIENTS? Such a hassle to get a credit card, which you have offered. I have submitted the so called required documents over 3 times and still get smsed daily by nedbank for these documents to be emailed through. Nedbank, why are you wasting your resources sending me sms's. How about having the person sending out these sms's look through and actually acknowledge your emails?
