Not Worth the 1 Star!

Private Client Services is just a marketing strategy for you to pay more fees with no service, I seriously feel dealing with a call Centre is better then Private Client agents. I Lost a house deal due to poor work ethics and delay tactics, Should I have followed suit on the second house deal and the advise I would have once again failed, however I have changed to FNB and Was approved on my homeloan in one go and registered within 8 weeks of approval?? Howcome - Because Nedbank Private Bankers did not submit my application in time " IT was always working on it, and time ran out and when I went for advise on my second offer to purchase I was told to wait a bit , yet in the next week FNB and All banks was approved via a Bond Originator and I chose FNB. Another query was logged on the 3rd of October with my banker and till date no response. So Today I decided to close my account as there is no benefit being with Nedbank and the email sai I must go to the Branch as there is no " indemnity on file" - So all this time I was paying for private banking for a non service. Pathetic!
