Not willing to go the extra mile

I've been going back and forth to the branch trying to reopen an account that money was sent to but I'm told that there's nothing that can be done , they cannot even find it on their LSI system. When I ask for it to be escalated I'm told a guy by the name Chris cannot activated it either. Like what is wrong with Nedbank really.

Surely someone must be able to reactivate the account here I mean why does the Fourways mall branch manager tell me there's nothing that can be done. I mean I was here on Saturday they tell me they'll give me feedback on Monday , that never happened now it's Tuesday I must take time off again to be told nothing can be done.

I've never seen such horrible service in my life
