Not willing to assist

I have been trying since last year to register my business ,I saw a advert from nedbank saying they could assist .I followed all the instructions ,I was told someone would contact me in 14days .I keep going to the branch to follow up all they give me is stories one of them told me to contact the registrar of companies myself however my dealings where with nedbank. I am so disappointed with the lack of professionalism and service. I was even told at some point issue would be escalated .
