Not Very Professional Banking
Trying to get anything done or approved via Nedbanks "Professional" Banking is absolutely frustrating. Everything is slow and outdated. FNB's premier banking is miles ahead, with many bankers (Not just one - with Nedbank) a call away from getting things done. These guys take 5 days to approve a credit increase!, that's stone age timing. Will be moving soon.
