Not user friendly

Nedbank is becoming too complicated to use. For internet banking you need to go to your app that was never the case before. Now i don't have excess to any of banking because of an App . I thought you can use any of the channels to excess your banking. Their app does not work without data , like what the hell is this Nedbank. I'm even thinking of switching banks before they are making it more difficult to use their tools.
