Not Updating my payment on credit Breau(ITC)

Last Month I payed The American Express credit card in Full, and Nedbank did not even update my payment on credit breau, (ITC) I wanted to apply for Fianance which American Express doesnot want to assist, so i went to another institute, however, The other instutite is picking up an installment of R1400, that i owe American Express, why did your company not update me, this reflects bad on my profile, do you job please, <br> <br> Going Forward can you forward me a letter stating that the installment is not R1400, but rather the amount that reflects on my latest statement, the Financial institute has my loan on hold becasue of Nedbanks incompetetnace<br> <br> Useless Bank Service
