With the service received they do not deserve a rating. I Have a Nedbank policy for many years. On the 29th of September 2022, the bank suspended my app due to suspicious activities on my app. I have tried to back to the bank to have the issue resolved and to date it's not resolved. I cant access my app, I cannot transact I'm at a stand still
