Not Taken seriously

I wrote to Nedbank a few months ago raising prescription and i was not taken seriously hence me writing on this platform. This account i had not acknowledged in payment or promise of payment in the last 3 consecutive years. I ask Nedbank provide proof in the form of payment or promise of payment or provide a prescription letter.
