Not so "Instant payment"

I made an instant payment from Nedbank 13 August 2019 at 5pm. Payment still not reflecting this morning 14 August 2019. This is absolutely frustrating. I have paid for a service but have not received what I have paid for. Instant payments are usually done because its an emergency. I am not happy at all! Really disappointed!!!
