Not satisfied with nedbank

I've been applying for a Loan at nedbank for months.

I was eventually pre approved. I received an SMS stating that I need to go into my nearest branch to sign the pre agreement,which I did. First time I went and I was told the system was offline and that I would need to come back another day, which I did.

Nedbank didn't even confirm my employment because I had a business account at nedbank previously.

I'm furious that my loan was declined the very next morning after signing the pre agreement without even confirming employment.

I app**** for a credit card as well and still haven't received any feedback.

This is not the first time I'm having am issue with nedbank.
