Not satisfied on how they treat and handle matters especially their clients

Nedbank or group whichever they call themselves you're the worst in the banking industry. Had a loan with them paid them sufficiently until Covid-19 emerged I advised them that my income was compromised and I need a payment break instead of adhering to my request they sent my account to an external legal people. They have no regard whatsoever I will never advise any one in my personal capacity to have an account with Nedbank
