Not responding to complaints even with 2 logged Complaints.

Been in constant contact with Nedbank Homeloans regarding my Installment varying mont to month, getting all sorts of SMS regarding Transactions been done on my loan although none reflects on my account. Latest was a RAISE in my installment while the Repo Rate came down. Logged 2 complaints , *** and *** on the 11 August 2025 with no feedback even after engaging few times with the bank Agent. This is truly UNACCEPTABLE and not the 1st time of running into problems with the Loan department. This has to be sorted out ASAP before I deside to move to another Bank.
