Not responding to all communications

I write this with a heavy heart and great frustration ,I have a late Estate matter with Nedbank Group Trust PTY Limited dating back to 2013 . I have taken over from the first executrix and trustee who failed at her duties the master of the high court appointed me to take over the estate. I have sent countless emails to LauraS@Nedbank my last email was on the 21 May 2021 and there has been no response since .
