Not paying funds into Estate account

My Mother passed away in February 2020, and the Executor of the Estate was appointed in June 2020. To date, Nedbank has not responded to requests for balances and payment to the Estate Late Bank account. Nedbank is single handedly holding up the winding up of my Mother’s Estate. A year and a half later, we are now fed up with this situation!!!!!
