Not opening an account with Ned-bank anymore.

Had an old account that i wanted to retain, first consultant assisted me well and advised me old account got closed and will help me open a new one. please Note i was at the bank at 9:15 on my way to start work at 10:00 in West way Office Park close to the mall. She took me to a sales consultant Andile Mkhwa**** who decided to make a phone call to her friend first when i was sitting there looking at the time, also another client of hers came inquiring with her while i was sitting there still waiting, and again her co-worker came and chatted with her and i'm still sitting there and getting irritated and agitated. I agree i was looking a bit sloppy today however there was nothing odd about my appearance to make people feel that they can treat me that way!
