Not making things happen

This is a buyer beware warning. How long does it take to settle a Nedbank home loan?<br> More than 12 months, and I still do not have my title deed!<br> Whether it is incompetance, passing the buck, no feedback, away for lunch/leave/other, layers and layers of verification, Nedbank do just not make things happen. I have spent enormous time, energy and emotion into just simply wanting to fully own my own property and met with incompetance and passing the buck, right to the bitter end, which keeps eluding me. Not again, Nedbank, if it's the last bank on the planet!<br> Your very latest passing of the buck it just outrageous. Don't reimburse my duplicate homeowners insurance installments to me, insist on paying to my current insurance company, who will now instruct you in writing to pay me out directly. The money was paid by me, to you, and is owed back to me - after months of providing one document after the next, PAY ME!! Really!!! TTL I never had to use you for any of the claims, albeit I would have then known sooner how you just keep passing the buck and don't make things happen. (You need to change your slogan to something more relevant as this one does not fit. By any means)
