not keeping to promise,im being overcharged

I am not happy with the service, maybe I should cancel this savvy account because this is not what I signed for,i took this account based on the information that was given,i was told it's 169.00 per month and now there are other charges on top of this, I saw 60 of counter statements, what is it for? I haven't asked for a counter statement, you guys are ripping me off and it's not fair,i thought u are different from other banks,pleasw refund me and keep your promise to a standard fee,or let. e know if you can't and I will change banks
