Not honouring debit order cancellations

Good day<br> <br> I app**** for debt counseling in February 2015, and all cancellations of debit orders were submitted to my creditors by DebtBusters.<br> Nedbank, however, has not stopped deducting my monthly installments.<br> I am now paying my debt counseling amounts, as well as my normal debts. Nedbank has not provided feedback to DebtBusters, and have not rep**** in any way to my online queries.<br> I need refunds on both amounts deducted in Feb and March 2015, in order to meet my rent and fuel obligations urgently, as I have now been forced to short pay these expenses for 2 months.<br> <br>
