Not helpful to ppl in crisis, and not wanting new clients

I requested as follows - I hope all is well

"I have a very urgent request for assistance. I am applying for exemption of school fees for my 2 children and require a document stamped by the branches stating that i do not have a account with the banks. unfortunately due to the lockdown and current situation with transport and unable to get to the branches I cannot get said stamps. Without this My children will not be advanced to the next grade.

I am begging please if you could possibly just send a letter on a letter to this email stating I do not have any active account with your establishment Considering Capitec's speedy response to my request and the current crisis we are under I dont see why this would be any issue for the other banks. I would hate to go onto Hello Peter and detail how unhelpful and well uncaring the banks in SA are during the pandemic.

Standard Bank, Nedbank, Absa and Postbank just plain ignored my request.

Capitec is the only bank that not only rep**** but sent through a letter stating i do not have a account with them
