Not happy with the way they handling my issue

<p>I have deposited money on a ATM in Midrand Boulders Mall. My brother did receive his money and withdraw some. 3 days later he was adviced that the money that was deposited came out. so he owes the bank. it was strange that he got the sms and i had a slip but i destroy it after he cornfimed that he recivied the money. I have been in contact with the branch but with no help on their side. I have asked them they need do reconcilation for that particular machine. but they are delaying me.</p>
