Not happy with the way I'm being treated

Hi, I am not happy with the way Nedbank is treating me I have a home loan for 5 years now and I missed 1 installment a Lady by the Name Ntombi keeps calling me during my working hours and if she does not get me she shares all my details with my brother and my dad who have nothing to do with my finances. This is not the way to treat a loyal customer. And why is my financial life being discussed with my family
