Not happy with Nedbank

I'm at the Richardsbay branch and they don't have a clue of where or who I should speak to regarding the closer of my account they insist I speak to their call center instead of helping me even their own staff from the call center got fed up with them and ended up no longer talking on the line really disappointed with this branch I've been here over 2 hours with no clarity on what should happen.
