NOT HAPPY WITH NEDBANK AFTER BEING A CLIENT FOR OVER 13 YEARS!!!!!!!!

NEdbank personal loans department accused me of not paying my loan due to insuffiecient funds i have proof of money being available in my account on that specific day.

I request an urgent recording of the conversation between myself and the consultant who claims they spoke to me and i said my salary was late, i also need clarification on all accusations implicating my negative credit rating as well as additional interest charged to me when this was not my fault.
