Not happy, bad service

I am not happy with Nedbank, they closed my account without notifying me. I went to the branch at Trade Route Mall, I waited for an hour to get assistance. After waiting for an hour they told me that my bank account is closed due to *****. I wasn't even given an explanation, I was just told to go and open an account with another bank. I was also told to call feedback department, but they didn't assist me. I'm really unhappy with the way this matter was handled. For the fact that I don't know about the ***** they where talking about I was supposed to be assisted and I expected to get assistance and carry on using my account. I didn't even get communication that my account was suspended and closed. For the fact that I had to go to the branch and still was not assisted. I feel like this wasn't gonna happen if I was a white person or is it because I am not educated or is it because I am Zulu, that is why I m treated so bad. It is sad, I feel like I was treated unfairly and not happy with the service at Nedbank. Can I just get an explanation and my account open please.
