Not happy

<p>I did recieved sms from nedbank 2 months back says I owe them R500, and call them back after a week, to tell them the whole story, so the consaltant did says she will send papers to fill even today. Then I got sms today says the matter has been send to they attorney and credit bureau. So I have been runed by them as I was hoping to buy a new car end of the month. What must I do can I sue them of ruining my name and chances ?</p>
