NOT HAPPY

I app**** for a credit card, then another card was delivered, I never had this account activated. I did log on to have it cancelled, I never app**** it to my profile either, now I need to pay in 240 FOR MONTHLY SERIVCES. I will not pay this as i never activated this account or card.
