Not getting back to us

We live in Brits, North West but we moved here from Malmesbury middle 2014 and we were going to Malmesbury for business the 19th of January 2015 and I needed bank statements from my husbands accounts he had in Malmesbury at Nedbank and I phoned Beatrice there 3 weeks before we went up for her to get it together because it is alot of paperwork and she said she'll get it together right away. We got there on the 19th of January and when I went to see her there was nothing done at all and I asked her to get it done and courier it to me and I haven't gotten anything yet, I am very angry and STILL WAITING. This is unacceptable.
