Not fair to their clients, I am disappointed

I app**** for a loan with Nedbank. I have an account with them and a car loan. They told me they can not see my salary deposits into my account and therefore I was declined. I want to know whose fault it is that they can not see my statements. I get my salary in the Nedbank account. How can I be punished for their technical issues.
