Not even 3 days in and already you have messed up.

I have taken a consolidation loan with you guys and you advised that my existing one with FNB would be settled. So to my astonishment, you have not settled it in full and all you can do is refer me to your document. You guys offered me a consolidation only to fail at doing just that. Now because of your blunder, i may find myself paying for two loans which defeats the purpose of me taking the consolidation.

You need to fix this because it is at no fault of my own that you made payment towards the loan without acquiring a settlement quote from FNB. i will not take this lying down as its a setback on my side because of your people not doing a thorough job.

You need to uphold the agreement and settle the remaining amount on my FNB loan and i better not see an increase on my agreed upon loan amount with you guys or my installment because you guys messed up.

To make it worse your employees want to turn around and pin this major ***** up on me. Prioritize this and remedy this matter this instant or i will definitely be taking higher and seeking legal assistance.
