Not customer centric!! Very poor sloppy service from loans department

Shocking service by Nedbank extremely slow, sloppy and poor service. App**** for a personal loan, since 1 April 2022 still no outcome, irrespective of all the documentation submitted. Ohh and to top it up, Nedbank has flagged my account for being in arrears according to a credit bureau report, yet I've not missed one payment and all debits go through a debicheck.
