Not comply with POPIA

Credit enquiry was made using my profile in nedbank and I called them no one was able to assist I was transferred from person to another with no help ultimately I went to one of their branch in sandton I told the investigation was lodged but till to date no response. Just to tell me who is conducting credit enquiry using my name is that too much to pull it from the system!!! Is nedbank compliance with POPIA how does this happen
