Not bothered about clients at all.

I've been unsatisfied with Nedbank and got a quote from FNB to move my Cheque acc, Credit card, Overdraft and investment and I called Nedbank to give them the opportunity to hear my concerns and give me better debit and credit rates but No. Again call after call and no assistance.
