Not bad service NO SERVICE!!!!

Over 2 year ago I came of debt review and settled my credit card with Nedbank. Now when I apply for a credit card I keep getting declined due to debt review status on my name which is no longer the case I have send several emails, I have gone to the branch and I have spoken to the call center and no one can help me its absolutely pathetic that no one can clear a error. I can't even open a cheque account with a private banker.
