Not answering my emails

I went to Nedbank in Strand and I dealt with Justin. I explained I'm going abroad to work and he told me as soon as I have a mobile number I should email him so he can update it on the system so I can receive my notifications from nedbank. I've been emailing him 3 times now and absolutely no response. I can't call because I'm overseas as he knows! can someone please just email me on *** so I can update my phone number? I can't do transactions because my phone number is not updated as Justin promised me he will assist me with and now no response.
