Not all service is bad!

I just need to acknowledge Nedbank Homeloans Division. It is so simple to log your loan request online and they get back to you so quickly. I know there is allot of bad reviews out there for Nedbank but perhaps you dealing with the wrong people. I've dealt with Aysha Levy when it came to my applications and she is a super star. When you get bad service, by all means report it but report the good service too!
