not adhering to my request

This is now not the first time we are on this. Nedbank keeps on deducting my account before my salary date after I received a confimation that my debit order will be on the 22nd of each month. Me and my wife have the same problem and it means extra bank charges on my salary account. So i went back to the bank and reversed the premium that was taken after the 3rd try. Now i receive sms from nedbank telling me they want to take legal action. But i decided that maybe its time to go to the ombudsman for assistance. You decide.
