Not a happy home loan client

I called Nedbank home loans only to be on hold for 3 hours with no help all i wanted was to get them review my home loan I wanted to know if I can pay weekly and if I want to move my bond to another bank since it's really hard to get help from them. My people don't go for Nedbank...
