Nos existing service

I app**** online for a credit card on 16/09. Received a confirmation SMS on 17/09 with ref nr FI***, thereafter I submitted all required documents on the same day. After numerous follow-ups by myself and even complaining, I eventually received a SMS confirming that the account was approved on 30/09/2019. Quite a while to wait for a simple application. To date, nobody contacted me to arrange for the card delivery. Even when I phone in, I am advised to wait for a call from the relevant department. Every time it's 48 hours. This is crazy. How long is your 48 hours?? I am trying to see money differently but there is still nothing to see. Really???
