Norwood Mall Nedbank shocking service

I went to deposit money in my own account at the ATM in Norwood Mall Nedbank on Tuesday the 7th of January 2020, more than a week later I am still waiting. When you try call Norwood Nedbank no response, I have been in on Monday the 13th of January the branch manager Rochelle that assisted me with teller 6 was of NO HELP at all, they just look at me with shock that my money was not put in. Then said they will follow up with person who is dealing with the ATM fault. Yesterday Tuesday morning went back to the bank the teller 6 lady and Branch Manager Rochelle was off. I spoke to the assistant manager for Rochelle and she was not interested in helping me at all. She went to the ATM room and sat there the whole morning in that room, I waited for 2 hours and still NO help and NO assistance. I just ask for my own money that I deposited into your useless ATM that didn't read my money to be deposited back into my account. I am beyond furious with this service. The staff in Norwood Nedbank are not friendly and not helpful.
