Nedbank branch in Balfour has horrible sales consultants Nontuthuko Sitebe who is constantly on her WhatsApp chatting with her boyfriend while assisting clients and nothing is being done. She needs to be fired and Nedbank doesn't even respond. Maybe I need to take this to social media and the ombudsman
