Nonsense service

Im so disappointed on Nedbank ever since I opened mu child account and deposit money on the 27 February to date money has not neglects and I went to the hrach and I was told they jot able to locate it i must go to the bank I transfered from they said the money went through. Nedbank please pay me back my money pulis
